In case we haven't met yet, allow me to take just a moment to introduce myself quickly. I live in Singapore and for over 10 years I've been actively investing in property .

Like many people, I first started out in life by getting an education and finding a job. Despite the fact that I had spent 4 years at university and another 2 years obtaining my MBA qualification I needed to find a way to make my money work for me , so I could enjoy a better lifestyle, travel more often and spend more time with my 3 beautiful children .

When I wanted to buy my very first 2 bedroom unit in US (this was when I was working in California) the bank didn't want to lend me the money. It was tough in those early days and I had to overcome obstacles just like I'm sure you've had to before. Over the last 10 years, I've built up a multi-million dollar property portfolio . In fact, I've probably had a more diverse exposure to real estate both in singapore and overseas(India, Dubai) than many other 'property experts' around these days .

Nevertheless, one of the biggest lessons I've learnt is that investing in positive cash flow residential real estate is the safest and easiest way to build a property portfolio .
