Due to the lack of copyright security available for this type of media, there will be no refunds for Software, PDF files, MS Excel files, Word files or any other electronic media purchased from PowerUp Capital.
Traders Alerts and PowerWin subscriptions will have no refunds .
Refunds with regards to seminars is subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the price paid. Participant may transfer their registration for free. Deferment of seats is allowed for once only and can defer to the next nearest date of program. Notice period required to be given by participant for deferment of seats shall be five working days + (inclusive of day of notice) prior to date of program.
Products other than PowerUp™ programs cannot be refunded. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender.
